I am the CEO of Omnibus Clearing. I have participated in developing and operating Investor record keeping systems and custodial platforms for the financial services industry for over 40+ years. I have spend recently a great portion of my time in consulting internationally on the aspects of omnibus record keeping solutions. Recent activities include creation of the requirements for a cloud native custodial platform that would combine requirements for portfolio accounting as an integral part of the custodial system. I publish annually information on the US mutual fund transfer agency market and the impact of omnibus clearing on this process.

Approach
In the past I was one offour principals that created the largest omnibus record keeping/sub-accounting system in the US. I am familiar with most of the large brokerage back office systems and their requirements for mutual fund investor record keeping. Virtually all the major clearing broker dealers in the US have or are using software that was developed by the firm we started and managed.
